Chiropractic Radiology Referrals

    Referral Submission

    Referrals for musculoskeletal (MSK) radiology come from licensed medical providers, like a general practitioner, or emergency room physician. Referrals notify our technologists of current or potential injuries and sensitivities to medications.

    Insurance and Scheduling

    Our team confirms the details of each imaging request. We connect with a patient’s insurance company to process a claim, or discuss financial responsibility prior to the appointment. Our scheduling team promptly finds an appointment to fit each patient’s availability.

  • 03

    Imaging Day

    Patients arrive 30 minutes before their appointment. They’ve read our page on exam preparation. With them, they have their insurance card(s), if applicable, and photo ID. Patients change into a gown and our technologists explain positioning for imaging.

  • 04

    Report Generation

    Radiologists review imaging results and generate a report to send to a patient’s referring provider. All patient information is shared in compliance with HIPAA regulations. A copy of MRI or X-ray images can be made available upon patient request.

    Update: As of 2023, I still have my MRIs done here. They always put me at ease, I feel well taken care of, and recommend this facility to everyone :) I've been going here since 2012 for brain MRIs. The first few times I wasn't a fan of due to the technician leaving me in there while she did what she wanted to do. Fortunately, a couple of years ago a new technician was hired and I absolutely adore her. I've been to other facilities in the past, but no one has ever been as kind as she has been to me. I have to take anxiety medication just to get these done, she keeps in touch, and I just feel well taken care of when I'm there.
